Yoga Lightspace is a yoga studio and wellness center located in Metairie, Louisiana. Our whole body centered approach will leave you feeling stronger and healthier. We offer a variety of options in yoga classes suited for all levels whether you are a seasoned practitioner or have never stepped into a yoga studio.  We are dedicated in making yoga accessible for everyone and offer gentle and senior focused classes as well as more vigorous flow classes. In addition to classes, we carry a number of cardiovascular equipment in our fitness room to help you train for endurance.  Make an appointment to see our physician acupuncturist or schedule a therapeutic massage with a therapist. Make the positive lifestyle change you’ve been wanting.
