Our BFF (Barrier Free Fitness) method teaches participants how to effectively and efficiently exercise with modifications specific to their individual body type and needs. Our method through the following 11 foundation principles provides you with tools to reverse the process of posture deterioration that comes with aging:

Core Breathing, Spinal Alignment, Pelvic Tilt, Lower Core Activation, Upper Core Activation, Breath Integration, Shoulder Set, Hip Hinge, Pelvic Stability, Symmetry, Use Strength.
