This is unprecedented times for us and the rest of the world. On 3/16, in light of what is happening with the COVID-19 pandemic and after much consideration, we made the decision to close the doors to the studio for the time being. We know that this was the right thing to do, but we know just as surely that yoga is an integral part in the practice of self-care for those in our community. We believe that each of us best serve the world when we take care of ourselves. We want to encourage you all to keep going as we endeavor to continue on as well. In the spirit of this, while the studio is closed to public classes, we are taking some of our classes online. Starting tomorrow, we will offer live streaming 1-hour long classes at 9:30am and 6:00pm Monday-Thursday, and one class at 9:30am Friday-Sunday via Instagram Live. We will release the schedule day by day. Check our website, social media feeds (FB, IG), and the MindBody website for updates. For tomorrow, Darra will be teaching a Breath Balance Core class at 9:30am and Lynell will be teaching Gentle Flow at 6:00pm.
To join a class, just follow us on Instagram and visit our page during the scheduled class times. Classes are open and free to all. However, if you are able to and would like to make a donation as we continue to keep the studio embers burning and compensate our teachers who bring their whole hearts to the practice, you can do so via MindBody
