The American Heart Association recommends 2.5 hours a week of moderate intensity exercise to maintain overall health. We provide a variety of fitness equipment to get your body moving and your heart pumping. You can feel good about using our equipment because we care about renewable energy and the health of our planet. All of our equipment is self-powered and our bicycles actually harness the energy you create in your workout to feed power back into the grid.

Massage can help relax muscle tightness, increase blood flow to the body tissues, improve lymphatic circulation and decrease inflammation, and relieve tension built up from daily stresses to the body. It's an important modality of self-care that along with our other services can lead you towards finding relaxation and balance.
Deep Tissue Massage
Acupuncture is a medical treatment derived from ancient Chinese medicine. Thin needles are inserted into different points on the skin stimulating nerves, muscles, and connective tissue to help regulate the flow of energy and help the body come back into balance. Studies have suggested that it can ameliorate acute and chronic pain, stress and anxiety, and tobacco/substance dependence.
